Do you guarantee it will pay for itself?
No. Payback is the goal we assess before a build. We estimate the full costs and potential benefit, then measure actual results. Ninety days describes the engagement, not a guaranteed payback deadline. Time freed up is reported separately from cash savings.
What happens if AI isn’t the right answer?
We say so. Your $500 assessment may recommend a simpler process change, an existing software feature, or no change. You keep the findings and don’t have to buy implementation.
Is the pilot $3,000 or $3,500?
$3,000 total, including the $500 assessment. If you proceed, the remaining $2,500 is split between build authorization and agreed deployment acceptance. Measurement through day 90 stays included. Software, usage, your team’s time, and applicable taxes are additional.
When do the 90 days start?
Your written plan defines day 1 and the milestones for assessment, implementation, testing, training, and review. We aim for useful deployment around day 30, subject to access and readiness. Any timing changes are agreed and documented.
Do we have to buy a new AI tool?
We start with the tools you already use. Microsoft, Google, ChatGPT, Claude, or other tools may fit. Compatibility, data requirements, and expected new costs are confirmed before you authorize implementation.
Why a founding-client program?
It is a focused introductory engagement for our initial group of accepted pilots. You participate in testing and candid feedback; we refine delivery using measured evidence. Testimonials and public case studies are optional. Later engagements are priced separately.
What if we need more than one workflow?
AI Clarity Engine also offers broader assessments, implementation, training, and ongoing advisory. We can discuss those directly. The AI Clarity 90 Day Challenge is an introductory program, not a prerequisite for working together.
