Privacy
AI Clarity Engine collects only the information you choose to provide through its inquiry form, such as your name, work email, organization, technology environment, and a description of the work you want to improve.
How information is used
Inquiry information is used to respond to your request, evaluate whether the consulting service is a fit, prepare for a conversation, and maintain reasonable business records. It is not sold.
Sensitive information
Do not submit protected health information, financial account data, passwords, confidential client information, or other regulated or sensitive information through the public inquiry form. A secure working method must be agreed before any sensitive project material is exchanged.
Service providers
The website is prepared for hosting on Cloudflare Pages. Inquiry submissions are processed by Formspree and delivered to our Gmail inbox. These providers process information needed to host the website, handle submissions, and deliver email.
Analytics and cookies
This website does not include Google Analytics, Squarespace Analytics, or advertising tracking scripts. Hosting and form providers may process technical information needed to operate and protect their services.
Retention and choices
Business inquiry records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for follow-up, service delivery, legal obligations, and ordinary business administration. You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing Rico@AIClarityEngine.net, subject to applicable recordkeeping obligations.
Security and changes
Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage method is completely secure. This notice may be updated as the business, website, or service providers change.
